By downloading, installing, or using Nodysseia: Brain & Line Puzzle ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible mobile device that you own or control.

2. In-App Purchases & Restoration

The Game offers optional in-app purchases:

• Hint Keys: Consumable items that can be used to reveal hints during levels.
• Remove Ads: A one-time purchase that removes interstitial ads from the Game.
• Biome Upgrades: One-time purchases that unlock new levels and environments.

All purchases are final and processed through Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play support. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Game Data and Purchase Restoration: If you uninstall the Game, change devices, or clear the Game's data, your save progress (including all completed levels) and any consumable purchases you have made (such as Hint Keys) will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. However, your non-consumable purchases (such as Remove Ads and Biome Upgrades) are tied to your Google Play account and can be restored at any time by pressing the "Restore Purchases" button located in the Game's store menu.

3. Advertisements

The free version of the Game displays advertisements. By using the free version, you consent to the display of ads. You may remove these ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" upgrade.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Redistribute or republish the Game or any part of it

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, audio, and text, is the intellectual property of Unfettered Gazelle Studios and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
